Intercrew bullying at BA
The subject BA Management do not wish to acknowledge
Post strike the number of socially inept cliques that have formed under the banner of "Holders of the list" continues to amaze me.
What is most ironic is the high proportion of Homosexual men who engage in hissing and spite. Juvenile Face book gangs abound.
I am used to Stonewall leaping on every perceived sleight in society and obviously support any stand taken against intended targetting of such communities.
I do say to the bitter ones. " If you are against homophobia, a vicious form of bullying, how can you viciously bully others in the same breath?"
This group is not the only problem child in the Operation but is consistent in it's identity. I have found most of the cliques are made up of Crew who are desperate for attention and have found a way to get noticed by performing in front of others. When on their own they approach for a chat but are paralysed with fear when other clique members are around.
Why are Managers so fearful of confronting these people?

Pinkaroo,
If you or you know someone who is being bullied or harassed inside BA then you must contact one of our Bullying and Harassment Advisors.
There is no place for that type of behaviour in British Airways regardless of fleet, rank or sex.
Please feel free to PM me for more help if you need it.
Miss BA.
