C1/D1 Visa to the States

Hi All,

I`m going to the US in just over a week, and I have the C1/D1 visa from when I was Crew.

Which form will I need to fill in on the flight?

Thanks in advance!

If you are entering as a visitor, you will need a 'B' Visa, or else you will be entering under the Visa Waiver scheme. You may not enter under your Crew Visa unless you are operating as Crew.

You need to apply for an esta online and pay for it. this is if you have an EU pasport or your country is in the participation list
