Still and all, the trick is not to let it get to this stage in the first place.
Which needs eyes in the back of one's head and enforcing a strict zero-tolerance policy when dealing with the "drink from your own tax-free bottle" brigade, and great diplomacy & tact when dealing with normal pax drinking too much from the free bar.
