qantas has tried this already with blackberry for all cabin managers. software included many forms for crew injuries and other incident reports on board, urgent pax issues etc. however the pda was old generation, slow processor and very expensive per unit/month. looks to be on the way out... qf cutting back on expenditure. not a bad idea though if it had worked properly
