Hello, I have tried to click the link in order to view the results of the CRM research however it appears it has been removed as I cannot access it at all. If there is a different URL please can I have it? Or if you can email me the results directly it would be most appreciated.

Sorry, you are correct; the link to the actual raw-data results was broken. However, I have removed this link now since it has been superseded by both the CC and Pilot articles, which include a summary of the results. Links to those two articles are above. Sorry for any inconvenience.
