Just a quick thank you to the staff and cabin/aircrew on VS005 and VS006 to Miami last week, first of all they gave me an upgrade at the gate to Upper Class (VS005) - it was a pleasure to turn left when getting on board for a change. Secondly, thank you to the cabin crew - who on both sectors were simply fantastic - they made me feel very welcome. Long flights are never easy - but you made it much better .....
