To All the crew on Mustang Sally B747-400 G-VROC on Sun Dec 21st from London Heathrow to San Francisco on Virgin Airlines.

My Mum just arrived on this flight today, this is the first time she has flown since she lost her Husband 2 years ago (this is her son typing). She was extremely nervous about flying, but I said that Virgin was the best airline and would take care of her.

Well you did it in style.

She (and I) wanted to sincerely thank all the Virgin Airlines crew for making her trip possible, with out your outstanding help she probably wouldn't have made the trip to see her grandkids here in Sacramento, California for Christmas. I know you folks on this board can get the message through to the following crew members:

Sophie, Siobhan, Nicky, Stacy, Susie, Stephen, Christopher

And if Richard Branson is reading this, you should be very proud of this crew, they deserve a pay raise

Thanks again and also thanks for taking care of my Mum on her trip over her. We will be booking again with you guys in the future.
