As BA have had a bit of a beating this week on the television, I just wanted to say thank you to the Crew of the BA flight from Tampa to Gatwick (BA2166 I think) last Sunday. My parents in law said it was the best flight they have ever been on and the Cabin crew were first class.
I know it's unlikely that it will be read by the people involved but i've always had a policy of saying thank you when good service is received - we're all quick enough to moan when it's all bad!
