hi crews,
I just join this charter flight company, after 10 years flying...now they called me for work behind the desk, help them to set up the service standard and for grooming as well, to be honest....am so desperate, since nobody guide me how to do with this things...anyway, my question...can you suggest me which site can i check to solve my problem..
