Flight attendants - TCP

Hi everyone, I´m a 25 y.o. guy from Madrid, and the reason I am writing here is because I would like to get some imformation about the flight attendant courses. I´ve heard that in some airlines, ones they check your qualifications, when they think that you could be a good flight attendant, even though you don´t have the course done, thank hire you anyway and they give you the course for free and then you start working for them as a flight attendant... Do anybody have any information about this? or wich airlines are used to do this?
Thank you very much in advance!!!!
Att.
Alejandro.

Do not do ANY flight attendant courses. They are not required, most airlines do their own training and they do not benefit you in the long term. A total waist of money!
