bmi vs BA

Hi all
I'm looking for any comments from people that have worked for bmi and then gone to BA (ideally Eurofleet). Any regrets? Grass greener? Comparison of rosters? Are you working less for more £££?

Thanks for your help

In my years of flying with BA I have NEVER heard of an ex-bmi crem member wishing they had stayed at bmi.

From what I am told, at BA, there is more roster stability, more nightstops, better money. Bear in mind, EF has a bidding system so you can have some control over your working life. WW is achievable in around 3 years if that appeals to you.

10yrs at British Midland and working for BA makes you realise what a tin pot unprofessional outfit they are. I was very senior and then making the jump gave me a stable roster choice over my days off, respected , looked after , much better terms and conditions, more money, better hotels in better locations, better options for transfering around other depts and other fleets.

As for the pros of staying/joining Bmi let me think er er er er er none.
