I Spy Awards For Inflight Sales

Does anyone out there know what these awards are and how you beome involved ?
I had never heard of them before today but someone from our company won - which is great isnt it? or not? never seen or heard managmenet talk about them before whats it about

They are a welsh based company that offer TTT courses for sales and the like.
They have an annual award ceremony which some of the major airlines attend.
There is a website you can go on but it's not that helpful really. It's easier to contact the people who run it directly.

Did anyone hear about the loco airline's management making a show of themselves at the awards .. I wonder if there was ''RED'' faces at the head office in leeds.. one or '2'.com... it IS supposed to a professional few days.. It is crew competeing with crew for for sales awards.. really good idea airline wide.

Didn't think Management were suppose to compete too but it did supposidly happen this year with an award going back up to north won by the Base manager.. of Blackpool...!!!

OOOOh more drama than the Brits!!
