VS cabin crew training

Notwithstanding the other wind up posts about VS elswhere in this forum, can anybody provide any good hints and tips for the VS cabin crew training? My daughter is just about to start and I would like to be able to pass some useful information to her. Also, I know there was a TV programme done about the training a while back, does anybody out there have any idea where I could get a copy?

I have no idea about the training at VS but I think I remember the program being called Airport.if you want to get a copy find out if it was a BBC,ITV or channel 4 production. When you find this out you can ring the channels customer service lines and order it by post. I have got a couple of videos through this method.If they dont have it they usually tell you where you can.
