Thanks to the cabin crew on this flight to Brussels from LHR for your helpfulness yesterday, after some tw@t on a previous flight had stuck chewing gum under the armrest, from where it transferred to my trousers! Although I was obviously wound up the staff tried their best, and were also annoyed on my behalf. The dry cleaning bill is in the post to your bosses! Keep up the good work, under what is obviously a bit of pressure, it is appreciated.
