Air New Zealand just open a LHR base for Cabin Crew.

London Based Flight Attendant
We have recently established a London base of Cabin Crew who operate solely on the London - Los Angeles routes. These crew are employed from New Zealand and the United Kingdom on 3 year fixed term contracts.
Applications for Flight Attendant positions are only accepted on the official application form. Please do not send your CV at this stage.

JAL also have a London base.
Apply to D'Albiac House at LHR.
United Also have a London base but you have to go for an interview in the states, and thier training course is unpaid, also in the states. They do put you up though.
