Airtours assessment help!

I'm new to all this and have got an Airtours assessment day on Tuesday (31 Oct).

I was wondering if anyone could give me any pointers - what to expect, what they're expecting etc...

Any help would be appreciated

Also has anyone else got an assessment with AIH or Virgin Sun coming up???
