Can anybody tell me what Cabin Crew 89 is like? Are they worth joining? Any feedback please?

I know there are other Cabin Crew unions, but none are actively recruiting or helping Virgin Cabin Crew.Only seems to be Cabin Crew '89.
They've helped out our crew many a time, even though they are not recognised. (Hopefully this will all change soon)
