Crew bases in EDI?

Hi...

I'm usually over in the rumors section, but a friend asked me a favor.

She is interested in getting back into flying after a short break from Gulf Air, and would like to know if anyone knows of an airline that has a crew base in EDI, as this is where is lives.

We know of a few, but may be wrong...Business Air, Logan Air, British Midland, any more or an additional info would be great.

Also, are there any private or business operators that fly out of EDI that employee FA's?

Any info would be great!

British European have a base in EDI. Contact head office in Exeter for further info. Not sure whether they are recruiting there at the mo.

British Regional Airlines have a base at EDI operating ERJ145 and ATPs. Contact the head office : Cabin Services, BRAL, Viscount House, Ronaldsway Airport, Isle of Man. They will send application form if you meet their requirements and live within 45 mins of EDI airport. Or you could call EDI base office and speak to the Cabin Crew Base Manager or one of the Trainers. They will be able to advise when they will be recruiting.

By the way, Business Air is now British Midland Commuter. Also unsure if Loganair now have cabin crew based at EDI. I think their crews are GLA based. Contact them at their office at St.Andrew's Drive, Glasgow Airport, Paisley, Renfrewshire. Tel: [phone].

Air UK had crews based in EDI for many years - They may be able to help?

Some years since I left EDI, but fond memories!
