Emirates application - unsuccessful

I applied to Emirates and in my application disclosed that I had a kidney disorder, but stressed that I am 100% healthy (this was backed up with a letter from my specialist saying that flying would not be detremenetal to my health). Anyway, they forwarded this info to their doctor in Dubai and they have just got back to me and told me that I would not pass the medical in Dubai. This has pissed me off cause if I had not disclosed this to them, they would not have been able to pick my disorder up through normal medical tests, and the fact that I am 100% well and will be for the forseeable future has made me regret being honest.

Do you think all airlines will 'discard' my application if I disclose my disorder? And would it be wrong for me to not disclose it if I apply for a UK based airline?

you shouldnt have said anything and you have got the job. The ek medical in Dubai is very basic and there is no way they would have picked it up.
