Private flying??

Does anyone have any information on how to get into private flying?? Is there a worldwide recruitment agency for this type of thing....Im bored and want to try a different type of flying adventure.

I was thinking of the same thing someone I knew went to work for Prince the symbol formally known as. I asked for info from a company called jet club I don't know if they do that kind of thing look up there web site and tell me what you think.
