Virgin CC Selection

A good friend has initial CC selection for Virgin on Tuesday. Does anyone have any suggestions, advice etc for the process that I could pass on? Any advice appreciated.

Smile, a lot. Try to think of answers to the questions before hand. ie: "What makes you think you'd be a good flight attendant" "how would you handle this situation (insert any mindboggling situation)". Be well groomed. Be yourself, if you're a well ajusted person who likes people, don't worry, you'll soon get over that!!
