each time u hear something that u don't like then u go berserk.. well i checked out the postings that she (cool ek) mentioned and it couldn't be closer to the truth....
same goes roundhill, maybe u and cabin boy should just let us know what we should post in reply to each message, that might keep u two happy...

XTC - no offence intended...but it is quite obivious who you are in bed with..and yes I have noticed you joined cool emirates' " 5 language speaker " bandwagon some time ago....I have every right to voice my opinion....even more so when a fellow aussie post's a message like this....and I quote

To make even a bigger mockery of herself she has now totally changed her views and says that nothing is greener on the otherside...but hang on a minute....I thought that she was claiming that EK was better......

now lets look back in the archives, your posting dated 18 aug. and have a look, i think u said " u r a disgrace to our country u rude ba****d. thats the first contact u had with cool ek.
the fact that i am talking about was the accom in BAH that cool ek mentioned and the conditions mentioned, these r the fact that she is on about....
now my cousin works for gulf at the moment and has done so for a couple of years, even though she enjoys it she agrees with cool's comments, this is why i know cool ek is not talking out of her **** , i verified it through my cousin..
now don't u think thats fact??????
so what facts have u given this segment, i'll tell ya absolutly nothing, u became personal and started throwing insults so i say good on her for sticking up for herself.
now u have given us your opinions on ek but what do u know about it, have u been here, do u have a friend to give u info - no!!!!!

so all in all, u r a bored pussycat and all u can do is get 7 of your fellow aussies, sit around a computer see if u can throw insults and abuse others, and when they defend themselves or reply back strongly u lose it, now that sounds mature and objective.
as for the spelling situation, u really lost any iota of respect i had for u when u threw cheap shots at her, does that make u feel like more of a man! i'm sure that u make spelling mistakes but just because u go back and use your spell check that makes u more intelligent.... GOOD ONE!

For all the argumentative pric,s out there, i havent changed my tone.
Dubai will always be greener than the arid isolated BAH. I only commented that there is no where greener when people lose their lives and your in the same job.
Lets Go back to the topic, is dubai greener? yes and its simple.
I have highlighted living lifestyle, pay, salary, discounts in restaurants etc.
So for those AR,,Holes who want to take a personal shot, you have lost the game long time ago, because there is nothing positive you mentioned about BAH or working for GF.

Well guys - it's been a long time between postings!
Having just read the last 3 mammoth pages of this topic I have just one opinion for anyone who has posted anything...
GET A GRIP PEOPLE!
Regardless of who has said what to who etc etc etc...it might be an idea for those who have received attacks to simply rise above it and behave like the adults and professionals we are SUPPOSED to be!
I'm all for a good debate and everything - don't get me wrong - but the whole "he said she said" routine is REALLY wearing thin with me right now...yes this sort of thing goes on in the cabin - but we're not in the cabin right now are we? Last time I looked we were all supposed to be grown adults sitting at our computers putting in our 2 cents worth into a topic about DXB vs BAH...
Let's just move on with our lives people - I'm sure we've all got better things to do than to throw attacks at each other (it may be fun - but have you tried reading this topic from scratch??? It's scary stuff!)
For the record from the conversations I've had with GF and EK crew, DXB is the winner because of it's westernised society - true it practises Islam like all other UAE states, but it has a strong representation of UK, Australian and US workers who have liberalised the community ahead of BAH.
PS. EK may be airline of the year - but like all crew, we know it's not always the passengers who vote...
