ANOTHER IMPULSE QUESTION!!!!!!!!!!
well everyone! I am getting another try at Impulse on 27 march at 2pm! Another group thing...so i guess basically what i wanna know! WHat should i do!!! WOrk as a team together with everyone, chat with everyone, SMILE!!!!!, always refer to the group as we???. .. .I really want to get to 2nd interview stage this time...any other tips guys???. .. .ps-im flying to hamilton island on wednesday! wohooooooo im flying back with Impulse HTI to SYD on 26 march at 1150...hopefully someone from here will be crewing the flight!. .. .then i fly home to melbs..... .. .any info would be great guys! thannks! nick! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Razz]" src="tongue.gif" />

Hi Nick,. .I too have an interview with Impulse on that day, but at 1030hrs. I am very eager to find out any information as well. Apparently there will be 6-9 other applicants there and it is supposed to be quite relaxed, but I am already nervous.. .Have a great time up north, and good luck on the 27th.

Hi there nickmelb and SUEINPERU!!!. .. .Just thought I would give you some friendly tips for your group interview coming up soon. I joined Ansett back in 1996, and the FA recruiting process was virtually the same as it is today with the airlines. Learn all you possibly can about the airline! When you are armed with all the knowledge, even who the CEO is, it will make you feel a lot more confident at the interviews. You will feel that, any questions that are asked, you will know the answer. It worked for me!. .Most of all, be your happy self and let your dynamic personality "shine".. .With the group activities, don't come across too full on, however, don't be the "wallflower" either. Encourage the others in your group and give positive feedback and praise.. .Be seen to enjoy the activities they give you. The emphasis is placed on how you react in a "team environment" more so than completing the activity.. .. .Someone advised me when I went for my first interview..."act like you are already a Flight Attendant" and just "smile, smile, smile". Hi.. .. .I have given my advise to Floaty on here interview with easyJet post... That's all I know and I got a job with Impulse so I must have done something right.. .. .The fact that you have a second opportunity is motivating enough to do your best I reckon. . .. .You sound very keen, maybe tone that down a bit. Perhaps your keen-ness shows to others and is off-putting or intimidating. I dunno that's just what I reckon. . .. .Can't say it enough though - SMILE and laugh. be light hearted in your approach. And always ask others if there is a better way to do the game or puzzle.. .. .The interviewers know when you are running around being fake and introducing yourself to other applicants. Say "hi" and ask a question before introducing yourself so it doesn't seem like such a put on.. .. .Good luck. Have fun on the HTI-SYD flight. We all hate doing them - the pax are feral!
