I don't know if any of the crew on CP 86 from Toronto to LHR last Friday at 2000 are on here, but I hope so. I really appreciated the good humour and attention shown to just another woozy Brit at the back of the cabin, and the banter between everyone as they pushed trolleys and frisbeed chicken (or beef -- no fish!) onto the seatback trays made it seem as if the entire crew was actually having fun. Who knows, it may even have been true.
It made the flight -- as crowded as a 767 can be, and as knackering as you'd expect from an eastwards overnight transatlantic flight in economy -- a great deal more pleasant than usual.
Thanks, all.

This type of banter is typical on an airline like EK. One has to have a bit on insanity to cope. Unlike other airlines such as CP, on EK, lets face it, it's not possible for the crew to laugh 'with' the pax ... only 'at' them as they hurl a tray across a row of seats with a dealy smirk on their face! You know what I mean chx_or_fish!!
