Question Health and safety

Anyone out there up to date with Health and Safety Legislation as would apply to Cabin Crew? (Or with knowledge of a source of info)

Any replies gratefully received!

Is intellectual property worth protecting?
Is short, yes, and it's worth a fortune. It amazing what you can get awarded in court if someone steals your Intellectual Property, usually it's over someones "idea" that someone else steals and proclaims it to be there own.

All TV/Film companies have lots of lawyers ensuring that they protect their rights and dealing with people proclaiming to have had theirs stolen.

Off topic, but you ASKED!

Cheeky,

I thought that everything that applies on the ground would apply to the UK registered aircraft since 1992, but I am not very clued up on this. Maybe you should contact HSE directly and ask them?

Much of the HSE regulations do NOT apply to us in the airline world. In many cases we fall between two stools... one example being hearing loss due to flight deck (&cabin) noise. It is not noisy enough to be an actual flight safety hazard, but many people have undeniably suffered and HSE powerless to force anyone to redesign an aeroplane. Sensible advice re. contacting HSE direct.
