Question StaffCV question

All you wannabes out there who have applied for FA jobs through staffcv site (mainly you fellow Aussies), just wondering how many times your resumes have been "manually reviewed". Mine has been manually reviewed loads of times yet I've only been invited to one interview. Don't know what I'm doing wrong!. . <img src="confused.gif" border="0">

Hmmm I know what you mean Skyprincess and Kem about having no faith in staff cv. To be honest I thought it was just another scam....and that is why I had only applied to 1 airline at no cost. Then I thought oh well...Im going to try every option, and went back and applied to all the airlines. Well I have had 1 interview from staff cv, and a few of my girlfiends have also had interviews.. .I have changed my thoughts alot about staff cv now. But my cv has been returned about 97 times and only read manually 4 times. So I still cant work out exactly how it works?? If I were you Kem Id definatley keep with it. I have heard alot of people go and resend there applications off every few months. Maybe that is the trick. I know all your qualifications ect, and you have all the experiance so I cant see it being a problem. Only advise I can give is keep sending it....
