fish Flight Deck Visit

In light of recent events..I was wondering whether Flight Deck visits were still being offered if requested.A friend of mine is tracvelling on EZY016 EDI-LTN on 02 Oct and returning on EZY017 LTN-EDI on 04 Oct and she would like to visit the Flight Deck if at all possible..her name is Mrs Jackie White..so if there are any EZY crews reading this and operating those flights..I would be most grateful.

It`s not the shape of the ship..it`s the motion of the ocean

In reply to your first question about visits, at BA, only uniformed staff are allowed on the Flight Deck now. The flight deck is also to be locked at all times and we get a key. So, I wouldn't of thought other airlines will be allowing visits either.

Visits to the Flight Deck now seem to be a thing of the past around the world. Door to be kept locked, and only operating crew allowed to enter. Times have changed very quickly.

Cpt Anchovy - easyJet policy has recently changed, flt deck visits are no longer permitted.
However we do still have the most lovely c/crew!

I think most pax are scared to even request a flt deck visit for fear of being branded a potential hijacker!

Sweet f*****g Jesus, Orangebird, where are all these lovely c/c then??
Not seen many since I joined easy, but thats another story.
As for flight deck visits, I am operating one of these flights and it is unfortunately impossible. CAA ammendment forbids any flight deck / jumpseat visits unless they are a close family member of the crew or company staff.

No more visits at my carrier. Only crew and jump seaters in the cockpit, and the jump seaters must be our own employees, or possibly a relative of a crew member on duty.
