Is there any airlines that hire an air steward that does not hold the citizenship of that country????

It all depends on local labour / employment laws. If you are legally entitled to stay and work in a country then you could apply for a job as crew.

You must have freedom of exit and entry to the country you are based in WITHOUT A VISA or a work permit that requires renewal.

Without a visa??? I find it reallyu unfair coz most non-US residents need a visa to go to US .
That is why i find it hard to accept that.
