Wink Medical Emergencies

Just a quick plea to all crew who have a medical emergency on board and request an ambulance to meet the flight....

1. Pls try and pass as much info about the pax as possible.
2. Not sure about the propcedure elsewhere but at LGW you should be met as soon as you arrive onstand either by a single responder paramedic or ambulance crew, so please...

DO NOT let the pax get out of their seats as Sod's Law says the ill pax is usually near the aft end somewhere! It is extremely difficult to carry the necessary kit down the aisle anyway without having to fight the pax trying to get off. Besides we'll just make you tannoy them to sit down again anyway so it saves time.

Thanx in anticipation.

We will try and let you deplane the rest asap, usually before the ill pax.

Some are better than others - be one of the best for everyones sake especially the ill pax!
