Question Royal Flights.....

Watched 'Airport' last night and saw our own Lizzie taking to the skies in a BA A320 (with the nice tail i noted.....)

A question cropped up in my head though - on a royal flight is there the same safety demonstration as on 'normal' flights or as per usual is it one of these things that fall to the prescence of protocall?

All answers appreciated (even the cheeky ones)

B

Don't know how BA classify a Royal Flight but VVIP flights in other countries are chartered.

Things move very quickly and there would not even be time for a demonstration - close the door and off.

Crew are there for safety but not to enforce regulations.

Hi,

Not a Royal Flight per se, but when Prince Charles, Princesses Di, Anne and Michael have come and left HKG in the past, they were "normal" pax under noms-de-avion on regular sked flights. Everything was business as usual other than the behind the scenes security measures.
