Post JAR OPS re: Senior Cabin Crew

Sorry about the boring subject but here goes

JAR 1.1000 states that Senior Cabin Crew should have minimum 1 year experience and followed an appropriate course.

However, JAR 1.1035 (which deals with all cabin crew training records that must be kept) does not mention the training prescribed in 1.1000.

So, am I correct in guessing that there is no need to maintain records of this Senior Cabin Crew training? Seems strange to me!

Thanks for any help.

MFALK, yes according to JAR OPS before carrying out the duties of a No1 Cabin Crew, in addition to meeting the basic cabin crew qualifications, a person must have a minimun of one year's experience as junior cabin crew and completion of appropriate course.
Each Company follow their own courses, related mainly to their ops, A/C types, services....
And yes... records of trainings are kept!
Hope this help
