Pay Scales

I would appreciate any information you could give me regarding charter airline pay scales. I am interested in:

1. Temporary pay for crew
2. Permanent Junior pay scale
3. Bar Grade pay scale
4. Purser pay scale
5. If you have them - IFS pay scale (ie the crew member who is in charge of aircraft, mainly long haul)

Also, if anyone could supply me with details of the benefits they get eg.

concessions
inter line agreements
"in house" benefits
