Thanks to the BA pilot at Gatwick...
Who insisted on giving my daughter a lift to security this morning in car park X when her car didnt start - as he didnt want her walking about in the dark.
Thanks mate
Its good to see you guys helping each other - even if the pilot doesnt read this, please take it as thanks to all of you who go out of your way to help fellow air crew - makes it a good industry to work in, wish I was 30 years younger!!!!

Ahh this is lovely! It always makes me smile when I hear little things like this. The person hasn't gone miles out of their way to help someone else, but that small gesture sure does mean a lot.
I had a family who were split up on a flight once. I asked a couple who were sitting next to one member of the family if they would mind swapping seats, meaning that the couple would now be split up and they didn't mind one bit!! i tried to offer them a free drink each to say thank you, but they didn't even want that. most people would kick up such a fuss (like the original family) but it made me smile that this couple didn't even have to consider it.
May small gestures of the world continue!!
