monarch at Luton

Hi have heard that Monarch are recruiting for a winter season at Luton. Does anyone know if this is true, please? I know they pretty much have an all year recruitment plan, but I thought it was for summer season only. Thanks for any info.

monarch recruitment

Hi there. i am a senior at luton and at the minute monarch are recruiting all the time. They have had a few courses out this summer already! hav a look on our website www.flymonarch.com and u will find some contact details etc on there. dont be put off by the 5week intense course as many are, you have to study alot and pay alot of attention in the course but its all worth it. Monarch is great to work for, summer is busy winter is slower and the wages are good for the amount we work. let me know if you get in touch with them and need any advice for interview etc

Interviews are ongoing throughout the year. Most recruitment will tend to be in summer, but having said that there has been a winter course for each of the past three years. Good luck.

Are Monarch offering permanent contracts straight off then?? Or is it the usual 6 month contract then flicking burgers in McDonalds for the rest of the year

Temporary for roughly 6 months - then it's down to base really if you'll be flipping burgers in the winter.
