Utterly pathetic. Even if she was at the top of her career, why should any carrier upgrade someone who has not purchased the appropriate ticket. That's one of the things that has bugged me over the years - so called "celebrities". I remember Tim Henham trying to blag an upgrade on one of my flights. The SCCM refused him and his girlfriend. They sulked the rest of the way. I was thinking "maybe you should actually WIN something, then we'll talk"
