Actually, that is incorrect. wanttoflyhigh and OzzieO are the customers. As has been stated elsewhere, this site is a business and some people support it by purchasing personal titles. Some support it by reading the advertising links. And some people support it by posting herein and thereby contributing to the readership base.
I see OzzieO has been banned, after spending four years contributing. More excellent work by someone small-minded??
If that were an accurate statement, then we'd see a similar standard of moderating throughout most of the various forums but obviously we do not.
There is room in the moderation green band for "precious" attitudes to creep in and, human nature being what it is, that's exactly what has happened.
Seems to reflect real-life, at times. Some cabin crew just can't handle criticism.
The customers make the site what it is. Maybe you should try listening to the Cabin Crew posters for a change.
