Unlikely for expat CC
As far as I am aware, CAL do not recruit expat CC, the first and only overseas CC recruitment drive they did was in Japan for natvie Japanese speakers about a year ago for Japanese market, if the time frame was correct. No requirement for English speaking crew, as all crew recuited must has at least college/university degrees and pass English proficiency tests.
There is no shortage of people who want to be CC in Taiwan, as it is a highly sought after job. It's a job however with lots of discriminations though, ie, gender, age, height, weight, education background etc.
Sad to say, quitely unlikey for any expat to join CAL. Nice uniform, I know.
