Can asthmatics become cabin crew?

Hi I just have a quick question - the medical for Virgin Blue includes doing a lung capacity test. I have very mild asthma(doesn't effect my day to day life at all!), but was just wondering if having asthma can work against me getting a job as cc. I would hate to think it would but you never know what medical things 9as mild as they may be) you need to pass to be approved. What do you all think?

I am asthmatic and flew as Cabin Crew for 18 months...also passed my Class one medical for my commercial pilot's licence..so don't worry about it

good luck

Nothing at all to worry about. People with worse conditions than asthma have jobs as flight attendants
