hi all
I was just wondering what Excel where like to work for, as cabin crew? Any idea of pay/conditions/beneifts? When do they normally start recruiting for next summer, as I would be interested in applying for the new Irish subsidary! All info appreciated!

I`ve just finished the training, the penultimate one for this summer season.
I haven`t yet flown due to ID problems but hope to next year.
Haven`t had any problems with the company, but as yet we don`t know how many people are staying for the winter period and thus will determine when the summer season recruitment will start, although if it is similar to this year it will be in about april time.

Yeah, depending on how many people are kept on or stay for winter, will decide mostly about next year. The last 2 seasons for sure they have been interviewing in the latter part of the year with some training starting at gatwick as soon as January.
