Virgin Rosters

Hey There,

i was just wandering if any crew would be able to let me know what a typical roster is like ie- where you go, how long you are away, days off, any chance to influence your own roster.

Also do any Virgin crew commute from the midlands?

thank you in advance-

On average you get rostered bout 5/6 trips a month and these are usually 1 nighters(3 day trips) or 2 nighters(4 day trips). If you do a nightstop you normally get 2 days off back home and a 2 nighter, normally 3 days off.Although this can vary and you can get more.Destinations vary also. Some months you find that you only get rostered stateside trips and other months you can get a mixture of u.s.,caribbean,far east etc. Also,we have a system at virgin where the crew are able to swap their trips with each other. So you can pretty much arrange your roster to suit you.
