CX interview (cc), LHR base

Hello everyone,
I am asking this question on behalf of someone else.
Does anyone here have any tips/pointers/suggestions for a 1st interview with Cathay for LHR-based CC?

Don't know the requirements as it's not for me, but I suspect you'd have to be able some Asian language (person on whose behalf I 'm trying to find info on here speaks Mandarin and Cantonese..).

On a side note... it would be interesting to know such things as... T's&C's, take home money, staff travel etc etc. ...should anyone know anything, of course...
