QF Reference Checks

Just wondering if anyone has had their reference checks done in the last few days for the QF Interviews that were held in April 05'??? Was supposed to hear from QF around 1 March 06' for the next stage of the interview process??
Wonder what they have planned considering L/H redundencies have just been offered??
Contract???
Casual???
Permanent???

There are three groups in training now for L/H AKL base so there are no L/H positions in Australia happening. MAM is pretty much the only way into QF at the moment.

have you forgot about little old cns base? full time, no seniority, senior routes, all the benifits. and now actually in uniform as of 1st july!

but on the positive side it is an australian base with australian crew... at least we can 'understand' each others situation...
