Contacting the CAA
Hi all,
Does anyone have any experience of contacting the CAA (for whatever reason) ?
The reason I ask is that my large blue company are really anti any contact between crew and the CAA, it's almost as if they're afraid of something.

To be fair I have found the CAA quite good to deal with, certainly any emails were answered quite quickly (and accurately). It can be hit or miss trying to get thru via the phone.
Although this was to do with licensing so not sure about the other areas.

Yes, I've found them very helpful too. It was more your company's attitude toward you contacting them...
Do you get in trouble if your company find out you've contacted them?
