maternity leave

Can anyone please tell me or advise me on where to find the following information...
How long do you have to be employed with an airline before having any entitlements to maternity leave ?

It depends on what country you're based in as to what legislation the company has to abide by.

I would say every airline is different. Check it out with your union, they will know!

If you have an employee handbook with all your company policies in it, it could be in there,if not, do you have a company intranet? Or simply ask your HR (personnell) Department..
