what does this mean~? im no good at this airline language lol

"London Heathrow weighting is paid at a rate of £2,547.00 per annum"

It means that it is recognised that to live around London is more expensive than elsewhere in the UK. Because of this some companies pay a 'London Weighting' allowance on top of basic.

IE the basic pay may be the same in GLA and LTN, but the LTN-based crew will also receive the London Weighting allowance.

Unless it has changed since I left the land of orange a couple of years ago, they don't have 'London weighting'. The published basic is what you will receive.
My sister is at bmi, the does that it paid to her.
