Thumbs up

Hiya

The interview day is hard work.

You'll spend the monring doing group activities, discussions team work etc where the interviewers will be watching everything you do - try not to be to opinionated, and try and look for who is the loudest personin the group and who is the quietest and then aim for the middle (not to quiet not to loud)

after that you'll be given a basic maths and english test - dead easy.

then they'll send you away and decide who they want to invite back or a 2 to 1 interview, where you'll be askd the typical questions:

1, explain a time when you were in a difficult situation, what happened? how did you resolve it? what could you have done differently?

2, what can you bring to flybe cabin crew?

3, if we asked your best friend what you best and worst quality was what would they say?

4, What do you expect the job to be like and what do you expect to gain from being flybe cabin crew?

those are just a few questions off the top of my head - if you haven't already done so try visiting www.cabincrew.com loads of interview techniques on there and also loads of flybe cabin crew including myself go on that website regularly and could give you some good tips and advice!

Good luck!

Thanx so much for all the help and advice hostie!-is very much appreciated!
I just hope i make it through the first stage of the day! I'll try and be somewhere in the middle of those people, somehow I don't think i'll have to much difficulty in being to loud, but not guna let myself be quiet.

No probs clipperpan, thanx for the luck tho

Thank you for taking the time to try and help me out both of you!!!!!
