Angry changing days off

Where do stand with our days off? Can crewing dep change your days off as they please for operation reasons? What happened to the right to private and family life?

at all the airlines ive worked for ur days off have beens et in stone and crewing cant change them even for opertional reasons. u should speak to ur manager

well in our airline the regulation says that a day off can be changed only if given a 72 hours notice...But of course the scheduling here can always find way out and change it...and if you are not happy with it they will tell you either "then being air hostess isn't a job for you" or "if you dont like it leave ".....but again it depends on teh airline.I've been with a couyple of european airlines based in the UK and they was ok regarding the days off....things just work different way in Middle East, especially in Kuwait.....
