... for making a better SLF. Thanks to you I have learnt to listen to the safety demo and follow the crew's instruction.

you know, thats a really nice thing to hear.People think we stand there and do the demo for fun.Personally i do it so that people know what to do in an emergency.i find it rude when people talk thru the demo.its about time people listened and realised what the demo is really for.
thanks for being good SLF

I fly regularly and am well aware of which type of a/c I'm flying in. I conduct my own checks (e.g. that a life vest IS under my seat) and my own briefing (e.g. which primary and which alternate exit I'll head for / how many rows to that nearest exit / anyone on my route who may require additional assistance) etc. I know how to fasten and unfasten my seatbelt. I know how to pull down and place the oxygen mask over my mouth. I know I'll make a hash of putting my life vest on. Nevertheless, I too pay attention to the safety briefing & demo. However, I can't always see the demo for all the newspapers in the way! Cabin crew please get tough with those idiots and TELL them to put their newspapers down so that pax behind can see the demo if they so wish.
