BA2465 - MAD-LGW 15/02/06 - Cheers
Just a quick thankyou to the crew in club europe for a great, if short, trip back to the UK on 15th Feb. My pregnant wife was looked after very well, and made to feel very comfortable. I don't remember the name of the individual crew member who looked after us, but the service was great, even if the teapot looked suspiciously out of place on a BA flight!

What a nice gesture. Thank you on behalf of the crew. Am on the computers at report just now and someone just read this over my shoulder and said "That makes a change on there!"

Well after checking I think you'll find that was me! I was the purser, I was on board with three male collegues.
I was working at the front with a particularly vibrant member of our team (I'm not too dull myself I'd like to add!). Also if I remember rightly the offending tea pot would have fitted in a little better on one of our orange competitors services!
Glad you enjoyed the service. I will pass along the thanks to all concerned.
Bit of luck that I browse this forum from time to time though. If you or anybody else would like to pass on thanks in future I'd like to reitterate what has been said on an other thread. PLEASE write in. We do eventually get it fed back to us and although it's not quite as easy as writing an email, we (and our managers) do realise that complimentary letters are not written easily or on a whim.
