freedom air

hi all,
got an invite to a freedom air walk in recruitment day and was just wondering what peoples general opinions are about freedom? Are they a good bunch to work for? Anyone else thinking about going?

Cheers
Doug

hey doug, (check your pm inbox!)... hehe

i went to an SJ interview a while back, although it wasnt walk in.

similar to virgin style with group activities and a one on one.. also had to do a psych test.

its a fun day - if its the same as what they have invited you to do...

BOB,

I spoke recently with one of QF's AKL based FA's. She had been a Freedom Air FA and was soon to resign from QF and return to Freedom.

She described the airline as a FAR happier place to work with conditions that allowed her some kind of home life..........

QF Skywalker- interviews are in Auckland on the 25th of this month. If you're successful, assessment days are also in auckland on the 2nd and 3rd of march for Auckland based positions.

speedbirdhouse- I've also been hearing really good things about freedom from a few different people, which is a real pity because I've decided I probably wont go to the assessment day because of the costs involved:
airfares + overnight accom = approx $650
then another $650 to do it all over again if I get invited to the assessment day
= $1300
Bit too much of a gamble for me.
Maybe next time. Good luck to anyone going though!!

I've heard that they are one of the best on NZ to work for also. Looking forward to the interview ... might see a few of you there .
